Our core philosophy is belief in the connection between our mind, body, and spirit. This connection suggests that health, or lack
of health, in any one area of our lives has a profound affect on the health of our entire being. Physical health affects our mental
health; our mental health affects our spiritual health, and so on.
Born out of Eastern traditions we believe that this philosophy has broad applications to today's, Western corporate lifestyle. The
constant demands and stress of work, family, and finances invariably create imbalances, which affect our well-being. Through mindful
action we can begin to systematically address the sources of imbalance to foster an environment in our lives that allows us to flourish.
Ultimately this translates into happy people, who are in turn productive employees, valued members of the community, and parts of highly
functioning families.
At BWELL, we believe that employee well-being is a
strategic advantage and a cornerstone for business success.
Our approach to wellness is holistic in understanding, but specific in delivery. Holistic in that we recognize the complexity of the
whole person, but specific in the delivery of solutions that focus on results. We develop programs designed to give clients something
tangible that they can "do" to improve their lives. This then has a corresponding impact on their physical, mental and spiritual
well-being. We believe we can inspire and cultivate an attitude of life-long learning and discovery on our paths to self-evolution.
