teaching how to live and succeed in today's society.
Her teaching and program development style is cultivated from her personal realization of needing to integrate our physical, mental,
and emotional beings. She experiments with combining yoga principles into other creative and standard based fitness classes and also
designs comprehensive, sport-specific training formats. These include Cycling, Step, Aerobics, Stability Ball, 30-Minute Abs, Sculpting &
